Any representation, reproduction, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of CARTOBIKE. 

The trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the platform are the exclusive property of CARTOBIKE or are subject to authorisation for use. Any unauthorised use of these elements constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles 1382 et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code and Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. 

7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution, the Belgian courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
