• Identifiers: Password (encrypted)
• Professional data (if applicable): Company name, VAT number, Kbis
3.2. When verifying your identity (KYC)
• Copy of identity document (ID card, passport)
• Photo of your face (verification selfie)
3.3. During your transactions and browsing
• Transaction data: History of purchases, sales, auctions, payments
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device used, connection logs
• Browsing data: Pages viewed, adverts viewed, searches performed (via cookies)
3.4. When using the Support Service
• Nature of the project (purchase, sale, financing, etc.)
• Preferences and needs expressed
• Context of the request (vehicle viewed, budget)
4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Purpose of processing: User account management and access to the platform

5. Recipients of the Data

Only with your explicit consent will your data be shared with our partners in order to respond to your specific requests:
• Car dealerships and distributors
• Banks and credit institutions
• Insurance companies
• Specialised platforms
These partners act as independent data controllers.

To the competent administrative or judicial authorities, upon legal request.
6. Data transfers outside the EU
Some of our service providers (e.g. Google, Stripe) may be located outside the European Union.
These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including:
• The EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified service providers (replaces the Privacy Shield)
• The European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
7. Retention Period
• Active account: As long as the account is not deleted
• After account deletion: 14 days (backups) then permanent deletion (unless legally required)
• Transaction data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations)
• Data (Support Service): 180 days after transmission to the partner
• Identity data (KYC): Duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years (anti-money laundering)
• Cookies: Maximum 13 months
8. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
• Right of access: Obtain a copy of your data
• Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction: Temporarily suspend the use of your data
• Right to portability: Retrieve your data in a structured format
• Right to object: Refuse processing based on legitimate interest (e.g. commercial prospecting)
• Right to withdraw consent: At any time, for processing based on consent (e.g. newsletter)
